About Us
Trinity Park is home to the Suffolk Agricultural Association. Celebrating its 175th Anniversary in 2006, the Association was founded in 1831. Today the Association is best known for organising the Suffolk Show. The Show is Suffolk's premier business and leisure event and each year is attended by over 80,000 visitors. Suffolk Show 2010 will offer a packed programme of attractions, displays and entertainments - buy Suffolk Show tickets now and pay less with our advance ticket sales offer.
The Association also runs a series of well regarded education programmes. These are hosted to highlight to children and young people the link between food, farming and the countryside. Such projects include the School Farm Fair, the Suffolk Schools Competition and the Farm Links Project twinning local schools with local farms. To learn more about our education programmes contact our Education Officer Hannah Woods.
The name Trinity Park was carefully chosen to reflect the longstanding agricultural heritage and traditions of the Association, through the Suffolk Trinity of livestock; the Suffolk Horse, Red Poll Cow and Suffolk Sheep.
Trinity Park is an appropriate setting for stunning life sized sculptures of the Suffolk Trinity by local artist Harriet Mead. The statues have been specially commissioned by the Association and stand proudly to greet visitors to Trinity Park.
