Christmas 2008

The evening will commence with a 7.00pm reception and a seasonal glass of Mulled Wine. You can also take the opportunity to have photo’s taken on arrival, an action shot on the Carousel or a group photo at your table all prior to dinner being served from 7.30pm onwards. Please let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements so that we can ensure all the necessary details have been relayed to the Talbooth team, our caterers for this years Christmas parties.

Music will be played throughout the evening with the disco bursting into full swing at around 9.00pm and the usual fun and games will run throughout the evening with prizes frivolously being given away!

Not for the faint hearted we have our fabulous Carousel returning for a second year with a spot of fishing in the form of our Hook a Duck or try your hand in our Shooting Gallery. For the less adventurous enjoy a bit of spectator sport whilst enjoying some good old fashion Candyfloss.

Those of you who do not want to venture beyond your table, full table service for drinks will begin from 9.00pm onwards. You can pre order your wine for your group so that it’s ready and waiting when you arrive and pre-order cards will be issued for this, send it back and leave the rest up to us! We will also be running our account facilities at the bar, just let us know in advance so that we can arrange for your very own ID card, bespoke to your group ensuring that we credit the right account for invoicing after the event.

The evening will conclude at 1.00am and anyone wishing to leave their vehicle overnight can do so as long as arrangements are made in advance, alternatively we can arrange for taxis or accommodation close by.

The total cost is £48.50 inc. per person and should you wish to confirm we will send you a deposit invoice for 25% of the cost, the remaining 75% will be invoiced and payable one month prior to the event, deposits are non refundable.
