Please choose two main course dishes:

Main course dishes

Platter of Local Suffolk sliced cold meats;

 (Beef, Ham & Turkey served with pickled vegetables)

Poached chicken & Suffolk Bacon served with a sweet basil mayonnaise

Blackened Salmon with Lime and minted crème freche

Traditional cold meat pie, served with locally sourced piccalilli

Seafood Platter;

(North Atlantic prawn salad, smoked fish selection served with lemon & dill mayonnaise)

 

Vegetarian dishes

Chef will automatically include two vegetarian dishes, taking into account seasonality of ingredients available. One of the vegetarian dishes will be suited to a gluten free diet

Asparagus and mature cheddar tart (May to June)

Chestnut mushroom & Thyme Tart

Stuffed Beef Tomato

(Seasoned tomato stuffed with vegetable and fresh herb rice)

 

All main courses are served with;

Warm herbed olive oil potatoes

Three freshly produced seasonal salads

Bread from The Woodbridge Cake shop

Local Stonham chutneys and pickles

 

Puddings

A choice of two of Chef’s miniature desserts,

(which will take into account the seasonality of produce available)

Cold fork buffets are accompanied with a fresh fruit platter

A selection of chilled fruit juices
