Poached chicken & Suffolk Bacon served with a sweet basil mayonnaise
Blackened Salmon with Lime and minted crème freche
Traditional cold meat pie, served with locally sourced piccalilli
Seafood Platter;
(North Atlantic prawn salad, smoked fish selection served with lemon & dill mayonnaise)
Vegetarian dishes
Chef will automatically include two vegetarian dishes, taking into account seasonality of ingredients available. One of the vegetarian dishes will be suited to a gluten free diet
