(with mustard mash & a rich red wine and onion jus)
Suffolk chicken & bacon in a white wine & mushroom sauce,garnished with fresh tarragon and crisped leeks
(accompanied with fresh herbed rice)
Moroccan style lamb and apricots
(served on a bed of spiced vegetable cous cous)
Smoked haddock fishcakes served with salsa Verdi and homemade tartar sauce
(accompanied by minted new potatoes and a rocket salad)
Blackened Cajun chicken stir-fry
(accompanied with Suffolk chorizo and pepper spiced rice)
Traditional seafood paella
(served with mixed leaves and a tomato and mozzarella salad)
Seared Suffolk pork tenderloin in a creamy leak and Aspall cider sauce
(served with oven roasted olive oil potatoes)
All dishes are served with seasonal vegetables and appropriate accompaniments
Chef will automatically select a vegetarian dish to compliment your menu taking advantage of the seasonality and availability of ingredients; examples of which are;
Broad bean and mature cheddar frittata
Baked Field mushroom topped with a ratatouille of vegetables and Mozzarella cheese
