Tasty new catering at Trinity Park
Our new chef is cooking up a storm - so come along to taste Trinity Park's new in-house catering.
We are pleased to welcome our first head chef Stephen Carroll who has devised a new menu series and invites you to come and sample some of the delicious dishes at a "Meet the Chef " drop in event to be held at the Trinity Park Events Centre on Wednesday September 9 from 4-7pm. if you are one of our corporate clients, or looking for a new venue to host events or conferences and keen to sample the food offering then please e-mail christine.bond@trinityparkevents.co.uk to register your place.
Stephen, the former head chef and catering manager of Stoke College near Sudbury is used to cooking up more than 300 lunches daily, but there's nothing of the dinner lady about his menus. In fact, many of the raw ingredients are locally produced and are sure to appeal to all tastes. The fork menus have been designed to eat standing when a breakout lunch calls for eating and networking. To view a full list of the menus click on food and drink on the menu bar.

Getting up steam in the kitchen ...
Stephen is no stranger to preparing meals for many. The graduate in Hotel and Catering and Institutional Management has spent nearly 20 years in the industry starting with major brewers establishing and running their food and beverage operations in small hotels and public houses mainly in and around London.
Locally he took a temporary assignment in the restaurant at Sutton Hoo and stayed for three years serving meals to nearly half a million visitors and helped develop outdoor events for the National Trust - so your big numbers are all in a day's work for him.
...and staying cool on front of house
yes that's new supervisor ,the actor and former cruise ships entertainment officer Martin Warden. His experience in performing and managing musical theatre productions to ensure all goes well on the night...or day... will be put to test in his new role. He'll be coordinating 40 temporary staff as well as providing his inimitable stylish Master of Ceremonies role when needed.
He'll be at the Meet the Chef events so you can discuss how you like your events to run and ensure whatever the occasion it runs smoothly and as you want it..The Trinity Park way.
Work it all off...
...whether it is over-indugling in Stephen's delicious food, or just needing to clear your head after a day's conference or seminar, looking for team-building or simply having to tone up a bit to fit in the Christmas frock, you'll be pleased to know that new weekly outdoors exercise sessions will be taking place at Trinity Park. No need to sweat it out in the gym or battle for a parking space and you can head out of town easily to join others at the sessions to be run by Liberte. Already toning in the park through East Anglia, this team promises to have you crunching to the sky and pumping in the rain to re-energise and tone and give you a fun workout in the great outdoors. The Trinity Room WCs will be open and of course there's lots of free parking, no registration fee and prices look likely to be £5 per hour long session.
What other excuse can you find not to do it?
