 Energie Fitness will be hosting a 30 minute session 'Fighting Fit' HIIT class.

 The signature boutique class experience uses simple boxing combinations, plyometric exercises and multi-muscle moves to HIIT your body and heart rate where you need it most.

Just Jay Dance

Just Jay Dance was setup nearly 9 years ago by Jay Austin. After travelling the world as a production singer and dancer Jay came home to set up shows, workshops and classes for all ages, that gave people the chance to have a dance without being judged on size, shape or ability! 

Jay LOVES all kinds of music and is providing two fantastic classes at Fit East. Think “Dance class” combined with a “Fitness workout” mixed with a night out on the town! CHEESY 80s,90s,00s... - gives you that guilty pleasure, fun, friendly, nostalgia disco feeling! HIPHOP/STREET DANCE FITNESS - for those that like all current chart music as well as a few hidden surprises! From “Beyonce” to “Bruno” and “Jason Derulo” to “Justin Timberlake”.

Four Seasons Physique - The Lifestyle Transformation Company

 Airborne Fit

 Airborne Fit are delighted to be attending the Fit East Event at Trinity park this year!

Airborne Fit is more than just a fitness brand. It represents true team spirit and the coming together of members to create the feeling of family.  Goat Yoga

Diana Malone is a local Yoga teacher and together with Emma Aldous from Skylark Farm, Bawdsey brings you her unique class. Often introducing those to Yoga who have not experienced it before, this class is accessible to all.
Goat yoga combines the effect of petting and playing with animals boosting serotonin and dopamine in the brain and decreasing cortisol levels with yoga for a double dose of relaxation. Some health benefits from goat yoga include enhanced mood, lower blood pressure, and heightened flexibility. 


Diana recently filmed Goat Yoga on an episode of 'The Real Housewives of Cheshire'.


Diana will also be offering a normal goat-free yoga class at Fit East - Breathwork, flow and relaxation. The class is accessible to all levels. You will need to be able to transition from the floor to standing.

EACH

East Anglia Children’s Hospices provides care and support to local life-threatened children, young people and their families across East Anglia.

EACH needs to raise £6 million a year from fundraising and will be at Fit East telling you how you can get involved in 2018 with their fundraising events including a superhero fun run and mud obstacle race!

Rushmere Community Runners

Rushmere Community Runners are pleased to have been asked to assist with the Fun Run, at Fit East event this year. Their aim is to offer people the chance to give running a try in a safe environment, and chat to some of our members about getting involved.

Rushmere Community Runners offer free running sessions twice a week, for all abilities, ranging from complete beginners to seasoned runners, all coached by UK Athletics trained leaders. They are based at Ipswich School Sports Centre in Rushmere, and meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm

JRSTT & JRSTT Core Club

JRSTT treat clients who have musculoskeletal injury, pain or dysfunction caused by any of life's stresses and from all walks of life. Although sport is a common factor with many clients symptoms, it is far from being the only issue JRSTT deal with.

 
Soft Tissue Therapy integrates three essential clinical elements; assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. We use a range of techniques to deliver a bespoke solution to meet your needs across a range of solutions: Strength & Conditioning, Remedial Massage Therapy, Body Mechanics, Posture & Gait Assessment, Injury Rehab, Stretch Work and Taping.

I Can Run Club

I Can Run club is a unique women only, non-affiliated, non-profit running group. We believe that all women - regardless of their size, shape, age, ability and background should have the opportunity to learn to run and progress with like minded women. We’re proud that we are partnered with Sport Englands "This Girl Can” campaign - we all wiggle and jiggle too.

We provide low cost beginners and improvers courses and a free weekly group run in four locations across Suffolk. In 18 months we’ve seen hundreds of women learn to run and begin a healthy new habit, make friends and achieve things they never thought possible...

Their stand will have a selection of fabulous merchandise as well as all the details on how to get involved and get running!

Inspire Suffolk

Inspire Suffolk will be running three activities on the day. The first being a football accuracy challenge where you have to pass the football and hit targets at varying distances. The second is a Tennis keepy uppy challenge where you will have to see how many times you can hit the ball up without it bouncing on the floor. Extra challenge will be given by the coaches for those exceeding. Finally, there will be a throwing target activity where you will have to throw a ball or bean bag into various buckets from different positions depending on which buckets you get it in.

Cancer Research - Race for Life

Race For Life brings hundreds of women together to support Cancer Research UK's life-saving research. Just by signing up you'll make a different and whether you raise £10 or £200, every penny matters.

So which event is for you?

We have 5k's, 10k's, Pretty Muddy obstacle courses, Half Marathons and Hikes! run, jog or walk the only thing that matters if that you're part of it.

St Elizabeth Hospice Midnight Walk

The St Elizabeth Hospice team will be promoting their upcoming fitness events; Bubble Rush Ipswich and also their Ride Fest Cycling Sportive. The team will also be hosting a squares game competition to give away a family ticket for 4 to Bubble Rush Ipswich worth £100.

The hospice relies on the generosity of the local community to continue providing their services for free wherever and whenever they are needed, events like this help the hospice reach their fundraising goals and allow them to continue to support and care for their patients.

Maynard House

Maynard House Apple Juice lies in the heart of Suffolk, where the soil is just right for growing small and intensely flavoured fruit. We have been raising apples since our grandfather Robert returned from New Zealand back in 1934 with the first Kidd's Orange Red saplings ever to reach the UK.

We grow, process and sell a wide range of apple juices. Cox, Bramley, Discovery, Russet and Kidds Orange Red. As well as these Great Taste Award winning apple juices we make Apple & Raspberry and Apple & Elderflower. The Raspberries and Elderflowers we grow here on the farm.

Clive Williamson runs the business and pressing operation in our purpose-built facility in the orchards. His brother Paul grows the apples on the farm, as well as pears, strawberries, raspberries and Christmas trees.

The health check will assess your risk of cardiovascular disease, by checking blood pressure, cholesterol, height and weight and checking your general lifestyle and family history.
