Fit East - Less than two weeks to go!

Fit East will be a fun and action-packed day out for the whole family, regardless of age or ability, with plenty of opportunities to learn about fitness, nutrition and health as well as having a go at adrenaline-pumping exercise classes to see what takes your fancy. Once you have purchased your ticket, all classes, activities and seminars at the festival will be free!

The festival will feature four arenas all packed with exciting events and classes. There will be opportunities to be put through your paces by the Army Reserves, enjoy a dancercise class hosted by Just Jay Dance or try your hand at CrossFit with Grange Fitness, among others. Fit East will also give you a chance to receive important health checks and learn more about nutrition and fitness at its trade stands featuring Energie Fitness, OneLife Suffolk, John Reynolds Soft Tissue Therapy and many more.

As well as these have-a-go sessions, Fit East will feature seminars throughout the day. Including a Lifestyle Transformation talk from Luke Hall of Four Seasons Physique, as well as from one of the UK’s top health and fitness personalities, Ben Coomber, who will be discussing ’25 Reasons You’re Not Losing Body Fat’.

Fit East will be taking place at Trinity Park, Ipswich on Saturday 14th July from 10am-4pm. Tickets are available to buy online at www.trinityparkevents.co.uk/fit-east and are on sale now. You can save £5 per ticket by purchasing in advance. Advance adult tickets cost £20 while children aged 12-17 and concessions cost £10. Children under 12 will receive free entry. Ticket prices include admission and all classes, events and seminars happening during the day.
