You don’t need to be a fitness fanatic or even to have a gym membership to be able to come along and enjoy Fit East!
We are welcoming all ages and abilities to come and explore the tradestands, attend seminars, “have a go” and to find out more about a whole range of fitness activities on offer in the local area.
There will be lots of opportunities to get involved in classes and competitions on the day at no expense further than the entrance ticket.
