What is your capacity on numbers?

Are you flexible with guest numbers on the day?
A table plan is agreed in advance, which usually maximises the venue in terms of seating. Additional seating cannot be added on the day.
Can we have segregation at our event?
Yes by using movable walls or screens. Although this will the affect maximum capacity numbers.
Do you have an area where we can do prayers?
Yes, a room will be set aside for prayers in the Trinity Rooms.
Do you have an Asian wedding package?
No, as clients use their own caterers. The hire is for venue only.
Can we bring in our own wedding planners?
Yes although Trinity Park is very experienced in the requirements of an Asian wedding.
When can our planners have access to the venue before the event?
To view by appointment: subject to availability. On the day access will be available from 9am.
Do you have nominated Asian caterers for your venue or can we bring our own caterers in?
Yes, a number of specialist caterers have worked at Trinity Park before and come highly recommended.
What decorations do you have that we could use?
We do not supply traditional decorations.
Is there any restrictions regarding decorations?
No permanent fixing in wooden walls or tables are permitted.
What AV equipment do you have and is it included in the price?
Wall mounted screens for protected images, microphones for speeches, DVD for background music only
Can we use our own AV?
Yes. You must let us know in advance what you will be bringing and liaise with our event manager or AV technician. Equipment must be PAT tested.
What staff from Trinity Park will be there on the day?
There will be an event management to oversee the day.
Do you have available parking?
We have 120 spaces in our car park plus unlimited overspill.
