Fit East 2024

We're thrilled to bring you a full day packed with exciting activities, sports, nutrition, wellness, and fitness. 

Get ready to PUMP up those energy levels or break a sweat in one of our demo classes because Fit East is coming back on Saturday 6 July 2024! And guess what? Activities and taster sessions are included in the ticket price.

The day will offer taster classes, talks by experts, captivating demos, and much more. With 3 arenas and a wellness zone, there's something for everyone. Refuel on delicious, wholesome food from our street food zone, and then find your Zen in our wellness zone. Visitors will also be able to shop at our trade stands and retail zone for active wear, health foods, sports equipment and more.
