UCS Girls on Tour 2014

Trinity Park Events Ltdhas welcomed four former University Campus Suffolk students onto its events team over recent months. Leanne Carhart, Samantha James, Sarah Jay and Emma Poll were all students on the Events Management course at UCS and are all now actively working on either individual events such as the Hopkins International Polo or multiple indoor and outdoor events taking place at Trinity Park throughout the year. University Campus Suffolk has a well established reputation with local businesses and the relationship with Trinity Park Events LTD is a great example of how students who have worked on placement are supported and directed into longer term employment.

“The education I received on the Events Management module at UCS has helped me develop my project planning skills and gain invaluable experience in customer service and hosting a variety of different types of events” Leanne Carharthas commented.

Christine Bond, Commercial manager at Trinity Park feels: “It’s incredibly pleasing to see how well trained these former students are and how ready they are for industry following their course at UCS. They all have a can do attitude, insightful knowledge, great customer focus and the ability to manage their time in demanding events industry. We look forward to continuing to develop our long term relationship with UCS in future both through the educational initiatives of the Suffolk Agricultural Association, our parent charity, and on a practical basis working with students on their annual conference held in our Events Centre.’
